I didn't like what the stylist did with my hair and it just went down hill from there. They refused to admit that they clearly didn't even look at the picture I brought in. Not to mention the stylist made me feel like an idiot for getting a perm, which was true because I said perm and she though 'yup the kind right from the eighties'. Really what I wanted was large curls that would turn into a beach wave as it relaxed. They wouldn't admit there was a problem, so I couldn't get it fixed, so I'll never see my $155, that thirty more than they quoted me, ever again. Don't waste your time. I know you say in your head "its only one bad review" but they bully and manipulate, I'm not overly surprised that I'm one of very few saying negative things.
